Cancellations & Holidays
Regular Walks
-
48-hour cancellation policy: No refund will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled walk.

A minimum of four weeks’ notice is required to terminate services. The full four-week notice period must be paid in advance at the time notice is given. Services will continue as normal during this period, and no refunds will be issued for early cancellation.
Pet Sitting & One-Off Services
-
Four weeks' notice is required for cancellations of pet sitting, home visits, or a series of one-off walks.
-
If cancelled within four weeks, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
-
50% of the remaining walks must be paid if cancellation is within the required notice period.
-
Cancellations must be made via the client portal.
Washing & Cleanliness
-
Dogs will be given a quick wash using a portable washer and a rough towel dry, but thorough cleaning is not possible.
-
Owners are encouraged to provide protective coats (e.g., Equafleece) to help minimize mud and dirt.
Walking Requirements
-
Strong dogs should wear a Halti for the safety of the walker.
-
Only dogs with reliable recall will be allowed off-lead.
-
A whistle is used for recall training to maintain safety and group cohesion.
